Sea Breeze Psychiatry opened in 2024 in Miramar Beach with one priority: putting the patient first. Our care is warm, personal, and supportive, and our team is here to listen. We’re accepting new patients, and we see adults 18 and older in person at 495 Grand Boulevard, Suite 206, and by telehealth.

Dr. Larry De Lay leads the practice. He’s board certified in psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been practicing since 2008. A veteran himself, he spent almost five years at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and has worked in a maternal-health clinic. That background shapes our veterans mental health care and our maternal mental health care.

We care for adults living with a range of mental health conditions. Some patients arrive with a diagnosis, and others only know that something feels off. Either way, you’re welcome to begin with an evaluation.

Our practice offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management. This can mean starting a medicine, adjusting it, or helping you come off it when that’s the right choice. If patients ask, Dr. De Lay also offers brief psychotherapy, a short course of talk therapy. Options include supportive, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Telehealth is open to Florida residents, and Dr. De Lay can prescribe by telehealth, so you don’t need an in-person visit to get started. Sarah Miller, a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), sees patients by telehealth only.

Sea Breeze Psychiatry is part of Privia Medical Group. Dr. De Lay is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association, the Florida Psychiatric Society, and the Emerald Coast Medical Society.
